Lethal Refuge

I got the cover today for my e-book with The Wild Rose Press which will come out shortly.

Now the cover artist, Kimberlee Mendoza, created EXACTLY what I wanted. I didn't want any clinches with the clinchees in various stages of undress; and I wanted the cover to engender fear and suspense.

I think she did a great job, don't you?

  3. Love your cover! Very distinctive. No wonder you're pleased. I'm wishing you great sales.

When I saw your blog, I laughed. It's just TOO funny. Not only do we share the same first name, but you have the same sidebar design as me (check www.vintagevonnie.blogspot.com) AND my Twitter ID is VonnieWrites. Too bad I'm not as cute as you...sigh...or as young. Guess the coincidences only go so far.

    The "other" Vonnie

  4. Very suspensful, stark and scary. It's one of those pictures where you see more each time you look. I didn't notice the eyes at first. Good luck for the release, Vonnie.

  6. Ms Davis; when I first opened my new Facebook page I kept ending up on yours! It was quite a shock to find someone at TWRP with the same name. I've swanned through life never having to explain who I am and NOW, I have to stop and think!

  7. Very attractive colours on your cover, Vonnie. Are you a kiwi who resides in Australia?
My new release, KIWI KISS, is also set in NZ, and is available from May 4. Not long now!

    All best for Lethal Refuge.
